AUFBAU tablet belongs to a class of drugs known as Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID). Each film coated tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg & Paracetamol 325 mg. Pain is unpleasent but acts like an indicator of something wrong in the body. AUFBAU offers synergism of superior COX-2 specificity of Aceclofenac for peripheral action together with central pain control by Paracetamol. AUFBAU directly controls inflammation by blocking PGE2 secretion due to Aceclofenac & raises pain threshold due to Paracetamol. This synergism ensures minimal side effects due to gastric friendly Aceclofenac & Pracetamol as against other Anti-Inflammatory combinations which results in frequent gastric upset.
