AUFBAU PLUS is a medicine that relieves pain & inflammation. It is used to treat pain & inflammation associated with tooth extraction, periapical abscess, maxillofacial surgery, post traumatic oedema, soft tissue injury, fractures and dislocation, sports injury, sprains & strains etc. AUFBAU PLUS is enteric coated hence it protects the drug from acidic pH & enzymatic degradation.
Trypsin-Chymotrypsin in AUFBAU PLUS reduces pro- inflammatory mediators, resolves oedema & haematoma. hence, it ensures faster healing.
Aceclofenac blocks PGE2 secretion at the site of inflammation in the inflammatory cells. It is an NSAID with greater specificity when compared to Diclofenac Sodium ensuring minimal side effects.
Paracetamol is a safer NSAID that offers quick onset of action. It ensures faster & stronger relief in painful inflammatory conditions.

Each enteric coated tablet contains:
50,000 Armour units of enzymatic activity ( Supplied by a purified concentrate which has specific Trypsin & Chymotrypsin activity in ratio of approximate six to one )
Diclofenac Potassium BP 50 mg, Paracetamol IP 325 mg
